I create space for folks who own multiple identities to face the waves that life brings so that vulnerability and clarity become familiar states of being.
I do this because I believe all people have untapped strengths ready to be unmasked by their own healing potential. My work with clients is largely influenced by Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Existential Therapy.
Clients who work with me are usually people in the Gen Z (ages 16-22) and Millennial (ages 23-40) generations:
…who are in transition, whether it be coming out of or growing into a new job/relationship/school, or who might be taking on a new identity or role in their life.…who struggle with anxiety that impedes their ability to live fully and authentically. Especially, those fierce ones who wear a mask and don’t always let on to what they may be battling within.
…who are experiencing grief and loss, whether it be the loss of a loved one, the loss of one’s role in a community or relationship, or the anticipation of a loss.
…who are part of the LGBTQ+ community and could be at any stage of embracing and exploring their identities.
…who wish to explore their racial and cultural identities and how those identities impact the way in which they move through our world.
